This year our topic will be TOUCHING SIMPLICITY.

Walking simply, free from worry and regret, is a great happiness.

Enjoying the simple things that we already have around us is a great happiness.

How much do we really need? When is it enough? What do we hold on to?

This year our walking meditation invites us to touch the joys and challenges of a self-chosen simple life.

We walk together and support each other in letting go of things we don't need.

Walking meditation is an effective teacher on the path of ongoing simplification.

In the shared silence and natural connection of a group walking simply in mindfulness lies the answer to many crises of our times — inwardly and outwardly. Walking together is a gift to ourselves.

The international walking meditations are organised by sanghas and Wake Up groups in the tradition of Plum Village, the Order of Interbeing, and regional groups of the Network for Mindful Business

You are very welcome to join and to become part of this global sangha practice.
